1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Multiplai (“the Platform”), operated by Adam Eisenman (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Multiplai is an online educational platform that provides AI training courses, interactive exercises, and weekly live Q&A sessions. Course content includes text lessons, AI-powered sandboxes, downloadable resources, and access to live sessions with the instructor.

3. Account Registration

To access course content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Purchases and Payment

Course purchases are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. By purchasing a course, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.

Individual plans provide access for one (1) user. Team plans provide access for up to ten (10) users as managed by the purchaser. Sharing login credentials beyond your plan’s seat limit is prohibited.

5. Device Limitations

Each account may be actively used on a maximum of two (2) devices simultaneously. This limitation is enforced to prevent unauthorized sharing of course access.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, videos, templates, frameworks, exercises, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Multiplai and Adam Eisenman. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any course content without written permission. You may use templates and frameworks provided in the course for your personal and professional work.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your account with others beyond your plan’s seat limit; copy, redistribute, or resell course content; use automated tools to scrape or download content; disrupt the Platform’s operation; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. AI Sandbox and Third-Party Services

The Platform includes AI-powered interactive sandboxes that connect to Anthropic’s Claude API. We are not responsible for the output generated by AI models. AI outputs should be reviewed for accuracy before use in professional or business contexts. Your use of AI features is also subject to Anthropic’s terms of service and acceptable use policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or revenue from completing any course. Course content is educational in nature and should not be considered professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multiplai and Adam Eisenman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notification on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
