How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at the email provided on digitaloil.cc with your purchase email address. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked, including all lessons, AI sandboxes, templates, and weekly Q&A sessions. If you purchased a team plan, all team members’ access will be revoked.
After 30 Days
Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to provide refunds after this period but may do so at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately. We encourage you to reach out to us directly first — we’re happy to resolve any issues.
